The participant´s registration fee includes VAT.
The participant´s registration fee includes: congress materials, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, working lunches, admission to all congress sessions and posters area and the opening ceremony.
* For students: when submitting your registration form, you must provide proof of full time student status (photocopy of scholl fees, letter from your institution or programme director). Student fee does not include working lunches.
Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees.
Please note that the NANDA I DINNER and the GALA DINNER have limited seating.

Cancellations must be done in writing by e-mail, to the congress secretary and are subject to the following conditions:

- before 31st March 2010: 50% will be withheld as a fee for administration
- after 1st April 2010: no refunds will be issued
- All reimbursements will be processed AFTER the congress has concluded
