Abstracts presentation during the congress

POSTER PRESENTATION RULES

- Authors must arrive half an hour before the beginning of the session in which their presentation is scheduled to install the poster in the assigned location. At the end of the presentation, each poster must be removed by the authors.
- The organization will provide the essential tools for installing each poster.
- Throughout the session one author of the poster should be available to provide information to Congress participants.
- The maximum size of posters is 120 cm. (high) x 100 cm (wide).
- It is recommended to provide as much as possible graphic information.
- Presenting the articles at the date and time assigned by the organization is indispensable to include the texts in the Congress Proceedings.

ORAL COMMUNICATION PRESENTATION RULES

- Authors should arrive at least three hours before the beginning of the session in which their presentation is scheduled, to download and check the file at the audiovisual reception room. Not authorized to use the authors´ own personal computer in the communications rooms
- Each communication will have 12/13 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions
