Stands:

• Type A of 6 m2 (3 meters wide by 2 long): 7,000 euros
• Type B of 12 m2 (6 meters wide by 2 long):12,000 euros

VAT (16 %) is not included
 

Space Rental:
Spaces are reserved by sending an e-mail  (neurocirugia2010@orzancongres.com) a la secretaría técnica y posterior abono del 50 % de su importe.

Instalación:
La instalación correrá a cargo de la empresa expositora. Cada expositor debe limitarse al espacio asignado y a los planos del mismo.
La organización, por motivos operativos, se reserva el derecho de modificar dicha ubicación.

La contratación de un stand da derecho a: 

• Stand A:
  2 credentials
  Access to all scientific meetings
  Working lunches for two persons
  Coffee breaks

• Stand B:
  4 credentials
  Access to all scientific meetings
  Working lunches for 4 persons
  Coffee breaks

Cancellations:

• 50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed if cancellation is notified at least two (2) months prior to the congress. If notified later, no refund will be made.
• If the Congress is cancelled owing to force majeure or any other reason not attributable to the Organising Committee, the organiser commits itself to refund companies the amounts paid in advance, minus a 10% administrative charge (management and organisation). 
• By accepting these terms and conditions, the company agrees not to file any claim against the Organising Committee or Technical Secretariat, in the event these circumstances do not occur.
• Requests for cancellation shall be made in writing to the Technical Secretariat.
