General information about hotels and reservation policies
Deadline for hotel reservation
The deadline for hotel reservations through this website, subject to room availability, is 1st June 2011.
Rates
Rates are per room per night and include breakfast and VAT.
Minimum stay
For your reservation request to be processed, you are required to book at least a two-night stay.
Payment method
You will not need to pay your reservation to Viajes Orzán. It’s the hotel directly to whom you will pay the entire price.
When filling the online booking form, you will need to provide a credit card information as a guarantee for the reservation to be accepted and held by the hotel, by filling in and attaching the reservation guarantee form.
The credit card information will be supplied to the hotel, which will charge the first night´s deposit in advance to secure the reservation.
In the same credit card provided, will be charged the remaining nights. (Hilton hotel on15th June).
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation or no show, the hotel will charge your credit card with an amount according to the following cancellation policy:

- Up to 30 days before date of arrival: No fee will be charged
- From 29 to 15 days before date of arrival: 50% of all nights will be charged
- From 14 to 4 days before date of arrival: 75% of all nights will be charged
- Within 3 days of date of arrival or in case of no show: The total price of the reservation will be charged
Reservations for groups
Hotels marked with "**Go to info and policies" are booked exclusively for groups. If you wish to book rooms for a group in these hotels contact the secretariat.
In case you wish to book rooms for a group in another hotel, you can also contact the secretariat and ask for availability.
Distance from the venue
In the section Hotels location you will find a map of Barcelona, in which we have marked the hotels suggested for the congress and the venue for reference.
Hotels are marked with numbers. These numbers increase when you move away from the venue and correspond to the hotel number in the online reservation form.
In fact, hotels in the online reservation form are divided in two groups, marked with two different colours:
Hotels marked with "**Go to info and policies" are booked exclusively for groups. If you wish to book rooms for a group in these hotels contact the secretariat.
In case you wish to book rooms for a group in another hotel, you can also contact the secretariat and ask for availability.
