Visit to the President of A Coruña Port Authority

On September 24th, Carlos Nárdiz Ortiz, Dean of the Galician Department of the Professional Register of Road, Canal and Port Engineers, together with Enrique Urcola y Fernández-Miranda, member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Commission of Projects and Works, and Francisco Rosado Corral, Secretary of the Board of Directors, visited Enrique Losada Rodríguez, President of the A Coruña Port Authority, who was accompanied by Enrique Maciñeira Alonso, Director of the Port.

The purpose of the meeting was to provide the new President of the Port Authority with information about the 1st International Congress on Roads, Culture and Territory, since the venue chosen for the congress is the Palacio de Exposiciones of A Coruña, located in Port lands. The meeting was also an opportunity to discuss other issues concerning the relations between the Port and the Professional Register, and concluded with an invitation to the members of the Professional Register to visit the works of the External Port, a milestone of port engineering, currently under construction.
