GENERAL CONDITIONS
The papers presented will contemplate one of the four work groups which make up the structure of the Congress. They should take the title of the Congress into account, "Roads, culture and territory".
The papers must be original and must not have been published or presented at other congresses.
All the documentation that is submitted to be published or expounded at the Congress is the sole and exclusive property of the author.
The documentation will be in digital format. As well as the specific formats of the files making up the documentation a complete copy will be sent in pdf format.
PROPOSALS AND ABSTRACTS
Deadline for receiving the proposals: 15th September 2009.
They should be submitted to the technical secretariat using the
submission abstract form in this website or using the pdf form you will find at the bottom. They will consist of a summary of a maximum of 200 words, indicating the work group within which the author considers that the proposal should be included.
Once the proposals have been reviewed and admitted, the specific regulations referring to the presentation of papers will be sent to the authors.
PAPERS
Deadline for receiving the papers: 17th November 2009.
The papers received within the deadline and which have been reviewed and admitted will be published in the Proceedings of the Congress which will be handed out to the delegates.
POSTERS
Posters may be presented about the theme of the Congress.
Once the Organising Committee has reviewed the posters, the authors will be notified of their acceptance or rejection.
The posters will be displayed and the autores may introduce them to those attending the congress individually and in person in parallel with the congress sessions.
These posters will be published in the Proceedings of the Congress.
The posters may be presented on any type of material which is easily affixed with double-sided adhesive tape (paper, cardboard, card, plastic card, etc.) with a maximum size of 150 cm in height by 90 cm in width.
